Turning conversations into action plans. Grounded in a thorough assessment of your culture, we co-create a tailored plan to advance and embed DEI approaches through a series of interviews and strategy workshops.

DEI Training Programs

Sparking conversations through skill-building. We have a broad portfolio of education programs including Activating Allies, Identifying Implicit Bias, Launching Affinity Groups, Creating Cultural Competence, and Building Inclusive Leadership. We are experts at creating safe spaces where employees can be heard and evolve.

DEI Speaker Series + Events

Developing talk-worthy experiences. We know how to create a surround sound experience that inspires and equips employees for the DEI journey ahead. Through motivational speakers, engaging workshops, and immersive experiences, we spark curiosity about - and commitment to - creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace.

DEI Human Resource Support

Assisting with Human Resource action plans. We know that every Human Resource department is being tasked with making their organization more diverse and inclusive. However, not every organization has the required expertise or staff. We work to fill the gaps, whether providing knowledge or pitching in with expert execution. 

Employee Resource Group (ERG) Development

Empowering diverse employees and ERG groups. We assist companies in building the affinity groups required to support a diverse workforce. We craft industry specific professional development programs based on the needs of specific employee groups. We build a sustainable solution by developing accountability partnerships among colleagues.
