Sparking conversations through skill-building. We have a broad portfolio of education programs including Activating Allies, Identifying Implicit Bias, Launching Affinity Groups, Creating Cultural Competence, and Building Inclusive Leadership. DEI Speaker Series + Events
Developing talk-worthy experiences. We know how to create a surround sound experience that inspires and equips employees for the DEI journey ahead. DEI Human Resource Support
Assisting with Human Resource action plans. We know that every Human Resource department is being tasked with making their organization more diverse and inclusive. However, not every organization has the required expertise or staff. We work to fill the gaps, whether providing knowledge or pitching in with expert execution.
Employee Resource Group (ERG) Development
Empowering diverse employees and ERG groups. We assist companies in building the affinity groups required to support a diverse workforce.
