Ready to jumpstart your diversity, equity and inclusion efforts? Let’s talk. In fact, I’d like to get your whole organization talking!

I help you weave diversity, equity and inclusion into your culture by sparking more intentional conversations.

In an increasingly competitive and global marketplace, a fully present, diverse, and inclusive workplace is a tremendous strategic advantage.

Having driven culture-changing conversations throughout my career, I have developed a suite of conversation starter tools to help you create a more diverse and inclusive workplace. I leverage my 20 years of experience as a digital strategist, content creator and DEI advocate to create approachable ways to begin the conversation.
